For our anniversary, my boyfriend bought a huge photo album. On the first 2 pages was pictures of me that he had collected over the first few months, and some baby pictures he asked my mom for. Then there were other cut outs like the "love is" cartoons and a name card explaining what my name meant, then the next 2 pages were of him, then he did 2 pages for my son, Kyle, and then the 7th page showed a picture of the 3 of us. Along with this he gave me a box of the multi pack film, (like 108 exposures) and a gift card to Target to pay for all the developing of the film. His card was so sweet, it said that this was our beginning, our middle and our happily ever after. Please take lots of pictures of our family, and the next time I'm being a jerk pull out these pictures so I can remember what I stand to lose." It was probably the sweetest gift I'd ever received.

If you are travelling without your partner, take pictures with your arm extended. After you develop the pictures paste his/her picture onto yours so it looks like you were standing with your arm around your sweetie. Send those pictures to your loved one and include a note saying "In my heart you're always with me."

Get a picture of the two of you, or someone else important in his life (mother, son or daughter, etc.) and get it blown up and made into a puzzle. Leave a piece or two in an envelope where he will find it each day. (ie. desk at work, briefcase, etc.)

Have your favorite photo of you two as a couple made into a painted portrait.
