Make up a resume of why you two are perfect together and have it sent by courier to his place. List your common interests as jobs, your past 'dates' as references and your objectives as something very suggestive.

Try including this in your next letter: You're... You're my companion, through good times and bad through happy and sad, beside me you stand, beside me you walk, you're there to listen, you're there to talk, with happiness, with smiles, with pain and tears, I know you'll be there, throughout the years! (I miss you!)

Try including this in your next love letter: "Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate: Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May, And summers lease hath all too short a date:" (Shakespeare's Sonnet 18)

When you write a letter to a girl, try to make it poetic. She will like it no matter what it says. Use lines like: "If I could write my love for you on paper, there wouldn't be enough trees in the world to make the paper." or "The moon, like your eyes, so bright. They shine with beauty, they blind with me with your love".

Make a candy gram. Purchase a large stiff poster board. Buy candy bars you can use for your message. Attach the candy bars onto the poster board. Example: To my "Big Hunk", you are "Almond Joy" and I would walk to "Mars" just to be with you. Decorate the poster to go with the theme you are celebrating. Place the poster in the passenger's seat of his car for him to find on that special day.

Write down this poem on a card or piece of fancy paper and mail it to your love: "I'm so lucky to have found you - Once in a lifetime, you find someone who touches not only your heart, but also your soul. Once in a lifetime, you discover someone who stands beside you, not over you, you find someone who loves you for who you are not what you could be. Once in a lifetime, if you are lucky you find someone...as I found you." by Nanci Brillant

Write her a love poem. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just remember that it's the thought that counts

Send your significant other a romantic card filled with heart shaped confetti. I did this last week and she melted! It's not that it's anything spectacular, but the extra thought can make an otherwise ordinary card seem that much more special.

Write down the 26 letters of the alphabet (placed in vertical order on the paper) and write down a description of your significant other that starts with that letter. Example: A -- Ambitious; B -- Breathtaking; C -- Cuddly; D -- Delicious; E -- Exciting; F -- Friendly; G -- Good kisser; H -- Handsome; I -- Ingenious; J -- Jock; K -- Kind; L -- Lover; M -- Masculine; N -- Neat; O -- Outstanding; -- And so on. It helps if you have a dictionary at hand to look up words that describe your sweetheart.

"If I had a flower for every time I think of you, I'de walk in my garden forever". Write that verse (or another that you like) on a piece of nice paper and mail or email it to her.
