Buy season tickets to the performing arts group of her choice. I have found that most women like at least one performing art, whether it be opera, ballet, symphony, theatre, etc.. This way you will have a few pre-planned dates where you and her can dress in your finest, go to a romantic restaurant together, and enjoy the evening.

If you are married, take your wife on a surprise date! A great idea to arrange this would be to tell her early in the week that you are going to take her out for a date on Friday night (that way she has the whole week to get excited). Don't give her many details, just tell her when you'll pick her up, what she should wear (try to arrange a place where it would be necessary for her to really dress up), and tell her that you'll arrange the babysitter(if you have kids). Arrange to take her somewhere special, maybe the place you took her for your first date, or a restaurant she likes. For the day of the date it would be nice if you could stay at work, or anywhere but home, a little later so that you can get ready and pick her up at your house at the sheduled time. Bring flowers and be sure to tell her how beautiful she looks. Make sure that the babysitter is there. This will be just like when you two first started dating, and she'll love it!

Ever been strapped for cash? Try a $10 date. The object of the date is to go to have dinner, an activity, and a dessert for as close to $10 as possible. Challenge your partner to help you in "being cheap." (* recommended for couples only)

Take your girlfriend to a local public pool to swim (some hotels also let you swim for an hourly fee). Then relax in the hot tub or sauna. If appropriate, take her home and give her a nice massage.

Have a Roman Empire date with your partner. How? Wear just bed sheets, like the Romans. Bring some wine, grapes...and you know the rest.

Have her kidnapped by your friends and brought to where you are waiting with dinner, soft music and a tux.

You will probably need a good friend to help you out on this one. Suprise him/her with a candle light dinner by a local lake (or whatever body of water you have). You need your friend to set up the dinner before you get there so when you get there, the candles are lit and the food is ready. They will have no clue...

Take an adventurous road trip...flip a quarter (heads=yes, tails=no)and ask it random questions..."Should we turn left here?" "Should we pull over and kiss?" You may ask the magic quarter any questions that pop into your heads, and you must do what it tells you to do. But remember to first ask the quarter if it is a magic one, if not use another.

Have a Blockbuster night...loveseat, popcorn, chaste-sweet kisses. Eventually you'll forget about the show completely when wrapped in the arms of your love.

Opt NOT to got "out" for the night. Intead lay in bed all night and hold each other. It's the most romantic thing I've ever experienced. And it's not just a girl thing, my boyfriend loves it too!

Go to the place where you first met. Take a picnic if appropriate. Recreate the night by wearing the same cologne, same clothes (if you still have them).
